A place for the work
The first version of this website gave my projects and notes a dependable home. I wanted it to feel warm enough to read like a diary and restrained enough to work like a tool.
The result was a fast, low-maintenance site with one narrow reading column, light and dark themes, and a small functional palette. It made publishing easy and taught me how design, writing, and software can form one system.
Why it changed
Version one organised individual pieces well, but it said little about the person or the recurring questions behind them. That limitation became the brief for the current site: a more expressive garden where projects, places, and interests can meet.

Technical notes
The site used Astro, MDX, and Tailwind, with GitHub and Netlify for previews and deployment and Cloudinary for larger media. I began from the Nimbus Narrative theme and adapted it while learning web development. Keeping content beside the code made every revision reviewable and the static output kept maintenance modest.
